Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes! I charge a travel fee for locations more than 45 minutes from Greeley, Colorado. The fee varies depending on the distance traveled and will be added to your invoice.
What should we wear for our session?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident! I recommend choosing outfits that coordinate rather than perfectly match. Neutral tones, earthy colors, and soft textures tend to photograph beautifully. Most importantly, wear something that feels like you so your personality shines through in your photos!
How long does it take to get our photos?
You can expect a sneak peek in your private gallery within a week of your session, with your full edited gallery delivered 2-3 weeks.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! Professional-quality prints and other photo products are available for purchase directly through your private online gallery.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Colorado weather can be unpredictable! If the weather is unsafe or won't allow us to create beautiful images (such as heavy rain, snow, high winds, or extreme temperatures), we'll reschedule your session at no additional cost. If it's just cloudy or overcast, we'll likely continue as planned since those conditions often create beautiful, soft light for photos. My goal is always to give you the best possible experience and gallery.
Do you photograph branding days and ranch life?
Yes! Branding days, gathering cattle, haying, calving, and the everyday moments of ranch life are some of my favorite stories to document. These aren't just photos, they're memories of a way of life worth preserving. My approach is to capture both the hardworking moments and the quiet in-between ones that reflect your family's legacy and the western lifestyle you call home.
Can I bring my animals or props?
Absolutely! I love incorporating the things that make your story uniquely yours. Whether it's your horse, cattle, working dogs, livestock, an old truck, vintage saddle, family heirloom, or anything else meaningful, those details help create images that feel authentic and personal.
